Kayaking
Kayaking is a craft usually with a closed cockpit and is propelled using a double bladed paddle.  Traditionally these boats were designed and used by the Inuit for fishing/hunting and were long boat designs.  Today they vary in size, style and purpose.  Their use is predominantly leisure, expedition and competition based.
